What is FragMates?

FragMates matches you with a friendly teammate for a game session or a chill hangout — voice chat included. Browse sessions on the home page and book in a few clicks.

How do I book a session?

Pick a game or chill service, choose a tier, then sign up or log in to complete booking. Pricing and session length are shown on each card before you pay. See How it works for the full flow.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel up to five minutes before your session starts for a full refund. Sessions are no-pressure — you are not locked into anything long-term.

What are customer ranks?

Ranks are cosmetic recognition based on completed session spend in the last 365 days. They may unlock perks like discounts over time. See Customer Ranks for the full ladder.

How do I become a teammate?

Apply from your account after signing up as a customer, or visit Become a teammate when logged in.
